When you call us to perform essential maintenance, repairs or upgrades, we make every effort to ensure it is able to scan a patient as if he or she were one of our own family members.
MRI Service
We work with clinics, imaging centers and hospitals that span the entire budget spectrum. Not everyone wants or needs a full service contract but requires a quarterly PM service call or annual calibrations for ACR review. Some sites like the peace of mind, knowing their service group will handle all part replacements, cryogen fills and preventative maintenance schedules. Field MRI Services does that and everything in between.
Full Magnet Service
Field MRI Services specializes in performing critical, system-saving magnet procedures. We can dispatch a team of engineers to your site with all the equipment and tools needed to clear ice blocks from ramp ports and helium fill ports. We can safely ramp down your magnet, effect repairs, ramp the magnet and shim your magnet to OEM specifications at a fraction of the cost major equipment manufacturers and other service organizations charge. We also perform helium fills on a per instance basis or a contracted fill schedule.
Mobile Service
For over 30 years, Field MRI Services engineers have serviced all major manufacturers of mobile MRI systems including GE, Philips, Picker/Marconi, Siemens, Hitachi, Aurora dedicated breast MRI systems and ONI. We offer mobile sales and leasing, trailer storage, and repair service for the mobile itself as well as the MRI system inside. We partner with mobile service technicians around the country that keep patient lifts, generators, A/C units and all other critical parts of a mobile unit road-ready and operational.
Site Planning
Field MRI Services and its business partners have been involved with MRI/CT site planning and installations since the early days of MRI in the 1980’s. We grew up with industry professionals in the areas of architecture, commercial building, transportation and rigging, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and the scores of other trades necessary in creating a successful hospital suite of outpatient imaging center. We worked side-by side with site planners and project managers when we were with GE Healthcare, Philips Medical, and other large imaging service providers.
